ReplyDeleteHello Amy,
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing this delicious stew recipe. so colorful.
is the first time I hear about red/white rice, i have to look at my local Asian store to see if they carry it.
have a wonderful weekend,
Roxana
this rice tastes different too, i like the taste and fragrance of this rice. It's called parboiled red rice. It's consumed by northern Sri Lankans and people from Kerala(State in India). You may try this rice @ Indian / Sri lankan grocery stores. If not use available red rice (I also use nutri rice from Thailand) or white rice.
